ANC Introduces Fluid Nozzle Product Line December 15, 2003

HOUSTON - American National Carbide (ANC) introduces a new line of carbide fluid/jet nozzles for the drilling industry. ANC's offering includes four types of nozzles: non-shrouded, shrouded, grooved, and threaded. All nozzles are made from a standard tough, wear and heat-resistant grade designed to withstand the rugged environment of drilling operations. The line includes nozzles compatible with a wide range of industry-standard bits and hole opening tools.

"Our new line of nozzles is the perfect complement to our other rock drilling product lines, which includes compacts, stabilizing inserts, and other down hole products," says Adrian Waple, Vice President of Operations. "We are now able to provide a complete offering of carbide products for virtually any drilling, tunneling, or hole-opening application." While the line of nozzles covers many standard styles, ANC has the in-house capability of producing tooling to accommodate any special design, as well.
