ANC Introduces Ejector Drilling Line August 2002

HOUSTON - American National Carbide (ANC) introduces a new line of ejector drilling inserts and guide pads compatible with Unidex® STS and DTS style drill heads. The drilling inserts are made from a special, proprietary substrate and are offered in two different coatings - DNC coating for standard applications and KNC coating for machining high temperature alloys. Designated as TPET style inserts, these inserts are offered in the four most popular sizes used in ejector drilling. The guide pads are made from a wear resistant grade designed specifically for high wear applications and provide excellent performance at a price level well below ceramic pads. Guide pads are offered in the five most popular styles.
