Metal removal operations such as turning, facing, boring, and chamfering. End milling and face milling on a wide variety of materials including high temperature alloys. Slow to medium cutting speeds with medium to high chip loads per tooth. Low speed heavy roughing applications on cast iron and non-ferrous materials. Medium abrasion resistance with high fracture toughness.
