Analyze your carbide application;

Recommend the best type of insert and grade for the operation; and

Test the recommended products to ensure their guaranteed performance.

Analyze

Your local ANC representative will visit your facility to view your operations in person. ANC representatives will also gather critical data on feeds, speeds, and the type of material being machined. This hands-on approach is the heart of the program and proves our dedication to providing the best customer service in the industry.

Recommend

After the on-site visit to your facility, ANC's technical team will review the data from your current operations and recommend the best ANC insert and grade for your application. You will receive a customized Machining Cost Analysis™ that details how ANC's recommendation will improve your operation.

Test

Once the optimum insert/grade combination is selected, ANC's technical team and local representatives will return to your facility to test the inserts in your application to ensure their performance. A complete Test Report will be provided so you can see exactly how much better ANC's products performed.

The Guarantee

ANC guarantees the performance of its carbide products or it will provide no-cost replacements or refund you money promptly. ANC does all of this for free, but only for participants of the program.
