ANBlend™ Powders

ANC manufactures a wide array of blended tungsten carbide-cobalt powders in both unpelleted and ready-to-press forms. Unpelleted blends are popularly used as starting material for finished hardfacing powders. Ready-to-press blends, which are made with a proprietary agglomeration process, offer ease of compaction, improved sinterability, and low porosity.

ANC has the capability of producing lot sizes of up to 7,500 kilos of homogeneous unpelleted powder and up to 1,800 kilos of ready-to-press powder. Our complete line of standard powders is available in either unpelleted or ready-to-press form or specially-formulated powders can be made to custom specifications. Each lot of powder comes with a certificate of analysis and is guaranteed to meet the required specifications.
