Insert Blanks

ANC manufactures a comprehensive line of ANSI standard and special insert blanks in a wide range of grades for metalworking applications, including grades for machining materials from steels and cast irons to high temperature alloys. Insert blanks are provided with grinding stock on requested surfaces to allow customized grinding of the insert.

STB Blanks and Style 0000-1000 Blanks

ANC makes a complete line of industry-standard STB blanks and Style 0000-1000 brazed tool blanks. Offered in standard C-2 and C-5 grades for both wear and cutting applications, these blanks exhibit excellent brazeability by way of our proprietary "wettability" process.
